She has also coordinated post-conflict actions during the period immediately following “official” cessation of armed conflict. Working in insecure environments, Ms. Kotcher has extensive experience in the design and implementation of medical/surgical actions, team building and support, implementation of standards and guidelines, medical and nursing staff training, and team mentoring. She continues to study and learn while working in the field and maintaining membership with notable professional organizations in the combined disciplines of humanitarian studies and medical/surgical assistance.

Arrived on time and exactly as described! Honestly, I was skeptical that this textbook still came with the DVD so you can imagine my utter surprise when not only did it come with the DVD, but it was also unopened. I needed this for a medical course and as far as I know the information is accurate. The only con would be that the writing itself is quite dry, and there isn't as many pictures as I would've liked but it's what I needed and I got it for cheap. Kudos to everyone involved.
Very detailed and easy to understand!!! I love the way this book is formatted! It takes me time to learn and this book helps me to take in the information easily.Amazon.com makes it easy to find what you need and the prices aren't bad either. I rate Amazon at 9.99! Almost perfect in what they do!
I needed this book for the Our Lady of the Lake Surgical Technology program. You can't pass without this book. It explains surgical procedures so clearly, a middle school student could understand it. The pictures flow with the reading material to give you a clear visual of the anatomy and the current step in a procedure. It was in excellent condition and included the DVD when I purchased it from facetextbooks for only $6.54!!!
Definitely worth the investment!This book in my book store is running for double the price I got it for.It had a little writing in it but still worth the investment!I would recommend this to anyone in the surgical technology program at Robert Morris University or elsewhere using this edition.
