My son loves these books by Sally Sutton! We found Roadwork at the library and were checking it out so often that I finally bought it! We also have "Demolition"and I just added "Construction" to our book wish list. My 2 year old loves all the trucks in this book, we read it almost everyday.

My 24 month old absolutely loves this book! Although he's always been an avid reader, this is the very first book he's asked me to reread over and over and over (cute at first). It's got a great rhythm, albeit repetitive, that really captures my toddler's attention. I recommend this book for any little one who loves trucks, vehicles, or construction.

Me: "What do you want to read before night night?"My two-year-old: "Roadwork."Me: reads RoadworkMe: "Okay, one more book and then night night. Which book do you want?"My two-year-old: "Roadwork."

I'm a civil engineer, and I got this for a colleges son. I'm not sure if the kid likes it but I sure found it fun before handing it over! Although it lacks many of the technical specifications, it is quite accurate to the broad activities of roadway construction!

My nephew loved this board book. He loves trucks. It Features a variety of different road work trucks and the sounds they make. Good purchase for a truck loving kid.

Very cute book! I bought it for my nephew, who will be 2 next month. He’s really into construction equipment, and he loved Roadwork! The illustrations are really well done and easy for a young child to identify. My nephew is a little bit young yet to follow the story, but he already loves pointing out the “baphoe, dup truck, and buwdozer.” This is definitely a book he’ll grow into and love for a long time!

My 18 month old loves trucks more than I thought possible. He got this for Easter and hasn't stopped wanting to read it and look at the pictures since then. Sometimes the words are too much for him but then we can door and he can point to the images on every page for me to tell him what it is.My 3.5 year old daughter loves the book and now points out things on drives/walls that are in the book (pounding the signs in, painting the road).

Decent book, and I love the illustrations (and my toddler son loves them too), but the written content could be better. It's a little repetitive.
